MARBiobanc continue to form part of the NATIONAL BIOBANK NETWORK according to the final resolution of the 2021-2023 call published on 12-11-2020.

Being part of this platform gives visibility to the participating units and favours the distribution of biological samples and associated data to the entire scientific community, following quality standards and guaranteeing the rights of donors.

In this call, the person in charge is Dr. Núria Somoza Abelló, who is also the Scientific Director of MARBiobanc, since January of this year, taking over from Dr. Montserrat Torà Barnadas.
