This is the 6th consecutive year that the Scientific Technical Services (SCT) and the MARBiobanc have participated in the IBBL BIOSPECIMEN PROFICIENCY TESTING (PT) is endorsed by the International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories (ISBER).

The PT programme provides an external quality assessment tool to verify the precision and accuracy of your biospecimen testing methods, and the efficiency of your bilogical samples processing methods.

Scientific Technical Services (SCT) and the MARBiobanc has participated in nine programs obtaining satisfactory results and in 4 of them the results were "Very Satisfactory".
